Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Services
We provide car rental and related services in Egypt, including optional driver services and transfers, subject to availability and eligibility.
2. Eligibility
Renters must meet age, identification, and licensing requirements. We may request additional documentation and reserve the right to refuse service.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Prices are shown in EGP unless otherwise stated. Taxes/fees may apply.
- Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers (PSPs). We do not store full card data.
- Transactions may use 3‑D Secure/OTP for security and fraud prevention.
4. Deposits, Holds, and Refunds
Some bookings may require a security deposit/hold. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Change and cancellation requests are subject to availability and our policy terms. No‑shows may be charged per policy.
6. Vehicle Use
- Vehicles must be used lawfully and returned in the same condition, normal wear excepted.
- Fines, tolls, and violations are the renter’s responsibility.
- No smoking or transporting hazardous materials unless expressly allowed.
7. Driver Service
When selected/required, professional drivers operate the vehicle. Safety policies and route constraints may apply.
8. Damage, Loss, and Insurance
Coverage terms vary by product. Deductibles/excess may apply. You are responsible for uninsured damage or contract breaches.
9. International Customers
International renters must provide a valid passport and acceptable driving credentials. Additional services (e.g., mandatory driver) may apply.
10. Prohibited Activities
No illegal use, racing, subleasing, or overloading. Breach may result in immediate termination and charges.
11. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Privacy
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Egyptian courts unless otherwise required by law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

Sharing Your Data
We may share limited data with: payment processors, fraud prevention tools, hosting/IT providers, and authorities when legally required.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup time.
- Within 48 hours: a cancellation fee of up to 1 rental day may apply.
- No‑show at pickup time: booking may be charged as per the above.
Changes
Changes are subject to availability and any fare differences.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time: typically 5–10 business days (bank/issuer dependent).
- Non‑refundable: completed services, bank/PSP fees, fines/violations.
Security Deposits
Holds are released after vehicle inspection and reconciliation of fines/tolls, subject to bank timelines.
How to Request
Email nilerideseg@gmail.com with your booking number, name, and reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Service Delivery
How and when our service is delivered after payment.
Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with booking details and reference number.
Service Start
Service begins at the scheduled pickup time and location selected during booking.
Communication
We may contact you to verify details or coordinate pickup/driver service as needed.
Delays and Changes
If we anticipate delays (e.g., traffic, operational), we will notify you promptly and propose alternatives.
